Kudun and Partners, a Thai law firm, has announced the recruitment of two senior practitioners. Nopparat Lalitkomon joins as Head of the Technology, Data and Innovation Practice to lead a team of associates, while Piyapat Tubin is brought on board to build the firm’s antitrust and trade competition practice.

Nopparat previously spent years at Tilleke & Gibbins, one of Thailand’s largest law firms. He boasts extensive experience in regulatory and transactional matters covering corporate compliance, fintech and telecommunications, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions and technology companies.

Piyapat joins from Thailand’s Office of Trade Competition Commission. She specializes in enforcement and compliance work including cartel conduct, abuse of dominant market position, merger control filings and regulation of digital platforms.
