Drew & Napier, one of Singapore’s Big Four law firms, has appointed four lawyers as new managing directors: Yuet Min Foo, Mahesh Rai, Yvonne Tang and Siau Wen Lim. All four practitioners hail from the dispute resolution and intellectual property practices and will also join the firm’s management committee.

Foo and Rai both joined as senior associates back in 2008. Foo advises clients on civil disputes, while Rai focuses on investment treaty matters and commercial arbitrations. Tang and Lim cover the full spectrum of intellectual property work, each boasting more than 25 years of tenure at the firm.

Following these appointments, the firm’s management committee now comprises 13 directors, led by Chairman Jimmy Yim and Chief Executive Officer Cavinder Bull.
