Clifford Chance has recently announced the appointment of Jonathan Chu as Partner and Head of Intellectual Property, Asia Pacific, based in its Hong Kong office.

Jonathan Chu is an intellectual property specialist whose practice spans the full spectrum of IP matters, including prosecution, IP due diligence, licensing, technology transfer, commercialisation and enforcement-related disputes. He regularly provides IP-related support for M&A, capital markets transactions and cross-border investments.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Jonathan Chu practised at CMS.
